Triangle Alps Sideboard Version ONE

Version ONE of the Triangle Alps sideboard: three drawers in plain wood, set in a slim black-painted metal frame. The front is triangulated into faceted planes, and an asymmetric field of white paint runs across them like snow lying on a mountain ridge – the alpine motif of the series, reduced to a single gesture. The result is calm, crafted and graphic at the same time. It sits as naturally in an Austrian Altbau apartment with high ceilings and old parquet as it does in a Palm Springs modernist house in California.
