2. General
We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). You can use this website without providing any personal information. There is no contact form, no newsletter and no customer account.
3. Hosting and server log data
This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel. When you access the pages, the server automatically processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, the previously visited page (referrer), and browser and operating system. This serves to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Israel. Where Wix uses service providers in the USA, transfers take place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Images and videos on this website are also delivered via Wix servers.
4. Cookies and visitor statistics
When you visit, Wix sets the cookies “bSession” (system performance measurement, valid for about 30 minutes) and “client-session-bind” (session security). Wix also compiles aggregated visitor statistics, such as the number of page views. We do not see any data that identifies you personally. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website reliably and improving it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021). You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Google Analytics. Only if you agree in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how our website is used. Google Analytics sets cookies (e.g. “_ga”, valid for up to 2 years) and processes usage data such as the pages visited, time spent, approximate location (country/city), device, browser and the referring website. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021). Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
5. Fonts
For the typeface “Inter Tight” we use Bunny Fonts by BunnyWay d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 165, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. When the font is loaded, your IP address is transmitted to servers in the EU. According to the provider, no cookies are set and no IP addresses are stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Map
In the contact section we show a map of our locations. The map data comes from OpenStreetMap, operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. We load the map library “Leaflet” via cdnjs from Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Your IP address is transmitted to these providers in the process. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for the United Kingdom; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in presenting our locations in an easy-to-find way (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Contacting us
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer or carry out an assignment (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. seven years under § 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code, BAO). WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. If you contact us via WhatsApp, its privacy policy also applies; using it is voluntary.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Simply contact us at ds@stockenhuberdesign.com.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
9. Data security
This website is transmitted exclusively in encrypted form via HTTPS (TLS).
10. Changes
We update this privacy policy when the website or legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
