Ernis Ginger Foods Collection – Brand Design + Packaging

Ernis started with a ginger-flavoured fruit bar – healthy, not too sweet and coated in a wafer-thin layer of chocolate. Building on the successful design, the range grew to include ginger ice cream and ginger tea, and later apricot, pomegranate and coconut. The challenge was to carry a single design idea across a large, growing product range while staying recognisable – this is where design counts.
