Ernis Ginger Foods Collection — Branding & Packaging

Ernis started with a ginger-flavored fruit bar: healthy, not too sweet, and coated with a delicate layer of chocolate. Building on the success of that design, the range grew to include ginger ice cream and tea, followed by apricot, pomegranate, and coconut varieties. The challenge was to carry one design idea across a large, growing product range while keeping it instantly recognizable—that’s where design makes the difference.
